Dr. Michael McGaghie, professor of music at Macalester College, will lead the ensemble through a magnificent collection of seasonal works that will take the audience from the ominous darkness of winter to the celebration of its brilliance. The concert will feature Morten Lauridsen’s “Mid-Winter Songs” and the world premiere of Dale Trumbore’s “Completing the Circle,” commissioned in part by Singers in Accord.
